CIVIL ENGINEERING

Excavation & trenching (open-cut and micro-trench)

We deliver excavation and trenching to form utility routes efficiently and safely, including open-cut and micro-trenching methods. All works are completed with the correct backfill and compaction to meet specification and support long-term asset performance.

Utility ducting / pipework installation & crossings

We install ducts and pipework to create robust service corridors for power, comms, water and other utilities, including route construction, crossings and protection measures. We also undertake cable laying and cable pulling, including large winch operations, to support efficient installation across complex routes and challenging environments.

Chambers, manholes & joint bay construction

We construct and install chambers, manholes and joint bays to provide secure access for connections, maintenance and future network expansion. For power projects, this includes cable joint bays, link box chambers, and associated access points delivered to the required depth, alignment and specification.

Concrete works & foundations

We provide concrete bases, plinths and foundations for utility infrastructure, including substations, feeder pillars, cabinets, kiosks and equipment pads. Our teams ensure correct formation and set-out, with durable construction designed for long-term performance and safe access/maintenance.

Street works, reinstatement & surfacing

We manage street works end-to-end, including local authority liaison, full permit management, and coordination to keep programmes moving. From excavation through to reinstatement, we return footways and carriageways to a safe, compliant standard, matching surrounding finishes where required.

Traffic management & site safety delivery

We provide in-house traffic management, keeping the public safe and maintaining access around live works. This includes signage, barriers and pedestrian management, with controlled working areas that support smooth delivery in busy environments.
